Giacomo Menchini

From an early age I have always had a passion for cooking and I spent all my time in the kitchen helping my mom to prepare for the family.

This passion led me to work during the summer on the Versilia coast, at the Byron, a 5-star luxury hotel, where I learned how to work in a professional kitchen.
My experiences after school led me to work in the most prestigious houses between Courmayeur and London.
Later I arrive in Florence to begin the experience in one of the most prestigious restaurants in the world, the Enoteca Pinchiorri, 3 Michelin stars, learning to treat the raw material and rework it to enhance it.
In 2010 I began my experience at Salviatino, a 5-star luxury hotel in Fiesole, becoming its Chef in 2013.
Then in 2015 at Villa Cora, a 5-star luxury hotel in Florence and from 2022 at Resort 37 in Rignano sull’Arno.My cuisine is based on respect for raw materials with great attention to tradition, but always with an innovative touch
