At Resort 37 you will find “Al Pruno” Restaurant which resides in a characteristic Tuscan Fourteenth-Century estate. An ideal location for those who want to have lunch or dinner tasting traditional Tuscan dishes, based on meat and fish courses. You will also find vegetarian and gluten free proposals, wine tasting and customizable menus for private or corporate events.

Our dishes

In order to better appreciate the flavors that characterize our territory, all our dishes are prepared with care, preferring the use of seasonal products from local suppliers.
The menu of “Al Pruno” Restaurant pays particular attention to the preferences of all our guests by including gluten free and vegetarian dishes. Upon request, some vegan options are available.

Our “Gran Carta” is daily enriched with off-menu proposals based on the availability of fresh products selected by our professionals, always choosing the natural excellence of raw materials.

To accompany the various dishes and enhance their flavors, a selected wine list is proposed – red, white and rosé – in order to ensure a complete culinary experience.
