Staff Training and COVID-19 updates:
Thanks to the constant interaction with the Health Authorities, each member of our staff has been carefully trained and prepared for the management of all possible risks related with the transmission of COVID-19 and for its prevention. We are constantly updated on the measures and regulations provided by the World Health Organization, the Government and the Local Authorities.
Comfort, well-being and safety of our staff and guests remain our top priority. For this reason we will be pleased to greet you following all preventive measures and, at the same time, in an even warmer and more efficient way.
Access Control:
A simple and fast access control procedure has been created; on a daily basis body temperature of all new guests, visitors and staff will be easily measured with digital infrared thermometers.
Thanks to this procedure, all those resulting with a body temperature above 37.5° will not be allowed access to our facilities. In order to reduce contagion risks, unauthorized entry to Resort 37 will be strictly forbidden.
Social Distancing
According to the directives of the WHO, the regulations of the Prime Minister's Decree and with the guidelines of Federalberghi and Confindustria, we commit to make sure that all obligations of social distancing in all areas of Resort 37 are applied and followed.
Throughout the day, all staff members adhere to the use of PPE. Protective plexiglass barriers have been installed to maximize safety measures in areas where stationing is more prone to happen. Check in procedures at Resort 37 have been significantly reduced and, thanks to the help of our guests, we are able to collect the necessary information via email or WhatsApp prior to the day of arrival allowing us to process and register the data faster. "Fast check out" is available to all our guests: completing an authorization form, a pre-bill of your stay will be sent in PDF and the provided credit card will be charged remotely. At the check-out, the invoice will be ready, no waiting necessary.
Cleaning and Sanitization:
We have implemented our regular cleaning service with an additional service that provides the sanitization of all high contact areas with certified alcohol-based and virucidal products. More assiduous procedures are used to clean and sanitize air filters as well as air conditioning and heating devices, with particular attention to ventilating all rooms and spaces of Resort 37. Furthermore, all common areas and toilets are disinfected several times a day.
Our swimming pool is treated and monitored frequently by specialized technicians; the use of water disinfection products has been implemented and all distancing measures have been followed for the placing of solar beds.
Restaurant:
Breakfast at our Al Pruno Restaurant has been restructured with the utmost attention and care to hygiene standards without casting aside the genuity of the products carefully selected and prepared for our guests.
Throughout the day maintenance of the minimum safety distance is guaranteed for all guests and staff. Furthermore, all staff members are always equipped with appropriate PPE. Both bar and restaurant are open at the usual times. In order to guarantee our best service, advanced reservation is recommended.
Hygiene and good Pratictes:
To ensure maximum hygiene, safety and for the protection of everyone's health, we have created and displayed in various areas of the Resort a list of good manners to observe. Before the entrance to the common areas disinfectant gel dispensers are provided for hand sanitization.
